Distance Selling Agreement

SELLER: AVA Design — Istanbul / Türkiye — info@avametals.com — +90 (000) 000 00 00 — MERSIS/Tax No: [to be completed].

BUYER: the natural or legal person whose contact details are given at checkout.

The subject is the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose specifications and price are shown in the order summary, ordered by the BUYER electronically via the SELLER's website.

Type, quantity and sale price (VAT included) are as shown on the order page.

Payment is collected via the selected payment method. Card details are not stored by the SELLER.

Products are delivered to the address given by the BUYER within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation.

Shipping fees are shown separately in the order summary. The BUYER should inspect the parcel on delivery and refuse or record damage.

The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty.

Notice is sent to info@avametals.com. The product is returned in original packaging with all accessories within the withdrawal period.

The SELLER refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces produced to the BUYER's specification and contract project items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If a product is defective, the BUYER may exercise the remedies in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (refund, free repair, replacement or price reduction).

Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction up to the monetary threshold announced by the Ministry of Trade; above that threshold, the Consumer Courts of the BUYER's or SELLER's domicile have jurisdiction.

The Agreement enters into force when the BUYER electronically accepts all terms during the order process.
