Choose your piece, select colour and size, add it to the cart and complete checkout. You can pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. An order confirmation is emailed to you immediately.

In-stock pieces ship within 2–5 business days across Türkiye. Made-to-order and custom pieces are produced in our atelier and typically take 3–5 weeks; you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

You may return or exchange an unused piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made pieces are excluded. See our Return Policy page for the full process.

Yes. Almost every design can be adapted in dimension, metal finish and stone or wood surface. Share your drawings or references through the contact form and we will prepare an offer.

We work with solid steel, brass and bronze, hand-finished and protected against corrosion, combined with natural marble, travertine and solid wood.

Credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider, bank transfer and cash on delivery. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive or solvent-based cleaners. For marble surfaces, clean spills quickly with a damp cloth to prevent staining.
