Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must reach info@avametals.com within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as at sale.

Exchanges are limited to a different variant of the same piece (colour, size) or another standard catalogue item of equivalent price.

Any price difference will be invoiced or refunded to you.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces, contract project items, and approved custom finishes are not eligible for exchange.

After approval we send shipping instructions. Once the item reaches our warehouse we dispatch the replacement within 10 business days.

Shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer unless the original item was defective or shipped in error.
