Return Policy

The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the product.

To exercise the right, email info@avametals.com within this period.

All standard catalogue items in unused condition and original packaging.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces produced to your specification (custom size, finish, colour or material) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Contract project items, approved custom finishes and bulk production runs are non-returnable.

After we receive your notice we send return instructions and shipping details.

Please return the item in original packaging with all accessories, protected against damage.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

If the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we cover the return shipping.

For withdrawal returns the customer bears the return shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

If you notice breakage, scratches or a manufacturing defect, please email photos to info@avametals.com within 48 hours. We offer repair, exchange or refund.
