Performing our contract with you: order fulfilment, delivery, returns and exchanges.

Legal obligations: invoicing, bookkeeping, consumer-law duties.

4. Sharing

We share data only with couriers, payment institutions, e-invoice providers, and hosting/infrastructure providers as needed for the above purposes.

We may disclose data to public authorities where legally required. International transfers only occur under KVKK-compliant safeguards.

5. Retention

We retain personal data for the periods required by law and for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
